Our products are custom-made to cater to our valued customers' preferences, and therefore, we do not have a policy for exchanges based on personal likes or dislikes.
An exchange will only be considered in the rare instance that we have dispatched a defective or incorrect item to you, and this is contingent on the condition that the purchased item remains unused and undamaged. Please note that all lawn sales and custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
All orders are considered as final sales and are non-refundable. However, in cases where an incorrect item has been shipped to you, we do allow exchanges, provided that the desired product and size are available. Any requests for exchange or return must be reported within one week of receiving the order. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accommodated.
All sales are regarded as final, and we do not provide monetary refunds. Nevertheless, it is possible to exchange the purchased items for products of equal or higher value.
